What we cannot help with
We are an independent information site. We cannot pass messages to prisoners, book visits, give legal advice or find out where someone is held. For those, contact the prison directly, use the Find a Prisoner service, or speak to a solicitor.
Need help now?
If you or someone you know is in crisis, call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time. In an emergency, call 999.
